Midweek Soup
I made this soup with leftover chicken and vegetables from the "homemade salad bar" we had for dinner last night. My boys love when I do salad bar for dinner. Try it one night, it is a sure to be a family favorite.
Back to the soup...I didn't have fresh basil in my house, so I left out the pesto from the recipe. Next time I will have to try it with pesto. It was still delicious though!
