Fresh Fruit and Greek Yogurt Parfait


Here is another easy, delicious, healthy breakfast idea. 
It is filled with protein, fiber and vitamins. 
I love Greek yogurt.  It has more protein, less sodium, less sugar and 
fewer carbohydrates than regular yogurt.  

Recipe
1/2 cup yogurt 
1/2 cup fresh berries 
1/8 cup chopped nuts
