Quick, Easy and Healthy Breakfast
Egg Whites and Vegetables



Looking for a quick breakfast filled with protein?
This is one of my go to ways to start my day.


Use 2 eggs and any of your favorite veggies.
Today I used broccoli, red peppers, kale and a leek.


Cut them up and place them in a microwavable bowl.


Crack the 2 eggs over the veggies.  I only used the egg whites and discarded the yolk.
Mix egg white and veggies together.


Cover with saran wrap.
Put in microwave for about 1 minute. 




Flip onto a plate.  I always drizzle a little hot sauce on my eggs.
Yum!
