Chipolte Chicken Salad with Corn Bread


It is salad night. Here is a great salad from Cooking Light.  This salad has the perfect amount of bite and savory flavor.  I made the dressing as they suggested for my husband and I, but I left out the chipolte chiles in the boys' dressing.  I also substituted plain greek yogurt for sour cream and spinach for romaine.  Yummy!

Corn Bread
