Grilled Swordfish with Cilantro Pesto and Quinoa Tabbouleh

  We have been so lucky with the weather lately.  It felt more like summer than fall this week.  So we decided to enjoy the weather and grill out.  I found a wonderful quinoa salad from the NY Times Fitness & Nutrition  section.  It was so easy to make.  We are trying to expose the boys to more fish.  My  husband loves swordfish, so it was the winner this week.  The boys were disappointed when they saw it looked like chicken.  They were expecting to see the sword.  We all enjoyed this delicious recipe from Latina .  I added some mango and kiwi with corn on the cob to really make it feel like a summer meal.
