Kale, Bell Pepper and Pine Nuts Sauteed with Garlic - A Great Side

I love kale and am always trying to find new ways to make it.  This kale salad is delicious and a great side for any meal.  It came from the October 2011 issue of an amazing health magazine - Experience Life.  We had it with crab legs, quinoa and some fruit.  I will use this recipe over and over again.
