Homemade Apple Sauce
After apple picking this week I am left with 30 lbs of apples. Ahhh! I was able to use about 10 lbs up making apple sauce with the boys. One of favorite chefs is the Barefoot Contessa. I love watching her cook. She has a great 5 minute video on how to make homemade apple sauce. It turns out great! She added butter to her recipe, but I skipped the butter and it was still scrumptious.
