Saturday Smoothies






















Do you make smoothies?  All you need is a blender and some fruit and veggies. My boys and I have been creating new drinks every week.  This morning we made 2 new creations.  

Mom's Green Mush (named by the boys)

2 T ground flax seed
2 handfuls of spinach
Half an avocado
1 kiwi
1 banana
1 peach
8 oz soy milk 

Tropical Yummy (also named by the boys)

2T ground flax seed
2 handfuls of spinach
Almost 1full pineapple cut up
A banana
1 handful frozen organic blueberries
1 handful frozen organic strawberries
16 oz organic OJ
