Healthy Breakfast 
Lentils, Buckwheat, Fresh Fruit and Ground Flax Seed



Happy  Halloween!  Today we are going to be eating sugar, sugar, and more sugar.  So I wanted to start everyone off this a healthy breakfast.  My family loves oatmeal.  So I had the idea to make my own type of oatmeal.  I cooked 1 cup of lentils and 1 cup of buckwheat together ( I just followed the instructions on the bags).  Then I added some fresh fruit and ground flax seed.  It was delicious. 
 Now let the trick-or-treating begin!
