Sweet Potato and Kale Quesadillas
It's Thursday, so that means rush to hockey after school. I need a meal that is easy and satisfying. I found a great quesadilla recipe to go with my leftover turkey noodle soup. Thanks Healthy Girl's Kitchen.

ReplyDeleteFinn was hestitate to eat them at first. He said, "What is in this?" Once he tried them he immediately said , "Wow, these are so good!" I hope your kids love them just as much.
