Food Matters :You Are What You Eat

After watching the documentary Food Matters. I was inspired to make sure my family eats more raw food.  So "Tuesday Salad Bar" was invented.  The boys love all the choices.  I use the leftovers from our salad bar in the soup that I make every Wednesday. 




Spinach, Arugula, Kale, carrots, snap peas, lentils, broccoli, leftover tabbouleh, white beans, walnuts, figs, tomatoes, orange peppers (not in photo...leftover turkey breast for my meat and potatoes hubby).
