Whole Wheat Cinnamon Apple Pancakes
Pancakes are a great way to start your morning.  So why not add apples and cinnamon to them. They were so good.  I warmed up the maple syrup too. Delicious and healthy!  This recipe was from food.com.  I love to substitute, so I added soy milk instead of skim milk and apple sauce instead of olive oil.  As always I added some ground flax seed and wheatgerm.  Enjoy!
